Shipping Policy


Worldwide shipping except countries it is prohibited by law. We reserve the right of cancelling any order and refunding 100% in the event the Country is not covered by us. We ship via USPS and UPS. Preferred method of shipping is via USPS . We send tracking number on all shipped orders for you to track your order. We are not responsible for orders damaged or lost by Postal carriers. If at any time you receive your order with damaged boxes, please contact the Postal provider and make a Claim directly with them. If you require insurance for your order, we will Insure it for FREE.

International Sales (Outside USA):

We offer international shipping to many countries. If you wish to make a purchase and have it shipped outside of the US and your country is not listed in the drop-down selection, please contact us via email to arrange for a shipping quotation and payment arrangements. The shipping quotation is as accurate as possible, however there may be situations where the actual shipping charge is a few dollars more or less. In these situations we will contact you to request additional funds or refund an overcharge. There are no guarantees on delivery time frames. Please note that due to a high fraud rate from the following countries, we do not ship to Nigeria, Indonesia, Singapore or Romania. Additionally, orders sent to Brazil and several other countries cannot be insured, therefore, we may limit the value of merchandise shipped to Brazil and other countries. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order. We may require proof of photo ID and credit card by asking you to submit a scan via email or fax of those articles.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

In the event you have not received your package within a reasonable time, please contact your local post office or Customs Office. In most cases, the package may be waiting to be picked up. You can track the status of your package at using the Delivery Confirmation number provided in your shipment notification email or by logging into your account.

If it is determined that the package is lost, you will be required to sign a loss affidavit and authorize a Postal investigation on your behalf.

If you have provided an incomplete, wrong address, or did not pick up your package and your package is returned back to us, you will incur additional shipping fees to resend the package out to you. Please be certain that the information you provide is correct and contact immediately if you have made an error.If Package is received with damages , make the claim to the local post office office as they will then take care of the issue. NOTE that RC GALORE will pack and protect the merchandise to the fullest extent. In case there is damage due to the postal system, we are NOT responsible for any claims or refunds. In those cases , customer MUST claim their postal service provider.

Merchandise Returns:

We accept merchandise for return that was purchased from RC GALORE within 2 days of contact from the date you receive your package. The merchandise must be in new, UNOPENED condition, and in its original packaging. Returns MUST be shipped back to us via USPS Priority Mail. There is a 20% restocking fee on all items. Refunds will be given as a STORE CREDIT once merchandise is received, inspected and approved by management. IMPORTANT: Store credit will be valid for 30 days.  Please E-Mail ahead for return authorization to get a RMA number. Packages without a Valid assigned RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused to the carrier. All returns must be authorized by us via phone or email prior to sending items back. There are no returns on any Tools or BATTERIES except in the case of a defect. If your order shipped free due to our free shipping offer and the total order falls below $99 after a return, the actual shipping fees will be deducted from your refund/credit.

Sales Tax:

Orders shipped within PR will be required to pay local sales tax fees. All order shipped outside of PR will not be taxed, but may be subject to local taxes – please contact your local government agency for assistance in this matter.

Warranty Returns:

Please note that some products or items will be replaced and/or repaired direct via the manufacture, no matter when the item/product was purchased. In this case, feel free to contact us for help, and we will issue you the proper contact information so the item can be addressed via the manufacturer, as some manufacturers deal with all warranty related items direct, rather than through the original re-seller.


Deposits are non cancelable.
